What HomeGrip does
HomeGrip helps coordinate limited, low-risk information requests by contacting local businesses and summarizing their responses. HomeGrip may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to process requests, conduct calls, transcribe responses, and prepare summaries.
Pilot limitations
HomeGrip is an early-stage pilot. It does not provide emergency response, professional advice, inspections, warranties, purchasing, contracting, scheduling, payments, or guarantees about any business. Do not use HomeGrip for emergencies, safety-critical conditions, medical or legal issues, or urgent threats to people or property.
Business availability, pricing, statements, and other results may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are responsible for independently verifying information and deciding whether to contact, hire, or pay a business.
Your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and provide lawful, accurate information. You may not use HomeGrip to harass others, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or dangerous requests, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
Third-party services
HomeGrip relies on telecommunications, hosting, authentication, AI, and local business providers. Their services may be unavailable or governed by separate terms. HomeGrip is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, or statements of independent businesses.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, HomeGrip is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, HomeGrip and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on provider information or service interruption.
Suspension, changes, and contact
We may suspend access for misuse and may modify or discontinue the pilot. We may update these Terms; the effective date above will reflect the latest version. For assistance, text HELP to the HomeGrip number you used.
Our handling of personal information is described in the HomeGrip Privacy Policy.
